Using Vacation Area Locations While Training Personnel

After a few hours of meetings, a long lunch break with families in a different group environment can be followed by a couple of hours of business before retiring for the day.

Saturday evening is usually better for the individual families to do what they desire, so they sense there is some privacy in their brief holiday. Sunday meetings might start a little later and events might be planned to allow for about three or four hours of meetings. Families should be allowed time to travel home dependent on the distance they have to go, and they might stay for more time if they like. A weekend of nine hours of instruction in this fashion can give better results than two days closed up in a meeting room, and it is a win for personnel and management.
