High Intensity Interval Training for all Levels
The US Army Physical Fitness Test consists of three events two straight minutes of pushups, sit ups, and a 2 mile run. Your score will depend on gender, sex, and age. In order to pass you must score 60 in each exercise. This test is the same as physical fitness tests administered by US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Air Force, and US Coast Guard.
Failing the Army Physical Fitness Test means you are not eligible to awards, promotions, and attendance to military training and/or schools. Failing the Test twice can lead to being let go from the Army.
A good score doesn’t only hinge on a high number of repetitions. Performance is also taken into account|Passing the test is not only about reps, but form. Exercises must preformed properly or else the scorer will not count them.
